Following a survey of the space, the client is presented with AutoCAD technical plans and elevations, a hand-drawn perspective if required and the opportunity to touch and feel samples in the showroom; this is so the client understands exactly what they are getting.

Once the design has been approved and finalised, a commissioning deposit is taken and the furniture is put into production.
